ADR3630ARMZ High Current Output Voltage References The ADR3630ARMZ high current output voltage references are low power, high accuracy power management IC voltage references with a Class B temperature coefficient of up to 3ppm/°C in an 8-pin MSOP package. Capable of delivering up to 70mA of pull current, they are an excellent alternative to standard low dropout (LDO) regulators. Low thermal hysteresis (7ppm) and low long-term drift (160ppm at 3500 hours) improve system lifetime accuracy. The rated operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C, and a minimum load capacitance of 0.1μF is required for operation. For high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are adjusted at the production stage using ADI's proprietary DigiTrim® technology.
