The MPQ1922GV-AEC1 is a 100V, single-channel, integrated circuit (IC) gate driver designed for motor drive applications and other power control applications. Two N-channel power MOSFETs in a half H-bridge configuration operate up to 100 V. The device is automotive AECQ100 compliant. A bootstrap (BST) capacitor and internal charge pump are combined to generate the supply voltage for the high-side MOSFET (HS-FET). The device's HSFET driver can generate a voltage higher than the supply. High output operation at 100% duty cycle can be maintained indefinitely in many cases.
