The MPQ1925 half-bridge gate driver has independently controlled low end MOSFET (LS-FET) and high end MOSFET (HS-FET) driver channels. These gate drivers feature a 115V bootstrap voltage range, on-chip bootstrap diode, <5ns gate driver match time, and transistor-to-transistor logic (TTL) compatible inputs. On-chip bootstrap diodes are designed to reduce the number of external components.
