The VND5E012MYTR is a dual-channel high-end driver manufactured with STMicroelectronics VIPower M0-5 technology in a small PowerSSO-36 package. The VND5E012MYTR is designed to drive a 12V automotive ground load, providing protection, diagnostics, and 3V and 5V CMOS compatible interfaces with any microcontroller.

The VND5E012MYTR integrates advanced protection functions, such as load current limiting, active surge and overload management through power limiting, automatic restart over-temperature shutdown, and active overvoltage clamping.
