The MPQ1925HR-LF-P half-bridge gate driver features independently controlled low end MOSFET (LS-FET) and high end MOSFET (HS-FET) driver channels. The device features a 115V bootstrap voltage range, on-chip bootstrap diode, <5ns gate driver matching time, and transistor-to-transistor logic (TTL) compatible inputs. On-chip bootstrap diodes are designed to reduce the number of external components.
