The PIC32CM6408MC00032-E/PT motor control microcontrollers (MCUs) are designed with an Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU running at up to 48MHz with a single-cycle hardware multiplier and MPU.The microcontrollers have 128KB of flash memory, 16KB of SRAM main memory, and 4KB of flash memory (for data flash). These microcontrollers support internal and external clocking options and feature 48MHz to 96MHz fractional digital phase-locked loops (FDPLL), power-on reset (POR), and power-down detection (BOD).
