The AD5667BRMZ are part of the nanoDAC family of low-power, dual-channel, 12/14/16-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analogue converters (DACs), with or without an on-chip reference voltage source, with a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, monotonicity guaranteed by design, and an I2C-compatible serial interface. An on-chip reference voltage source is built in. An on-chip 1.25 V, 5 ppm/°C reference voltage source is included, with a full-scale output range of up to 2.5 V. The reference voltage is supplied from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply.
