The ADR3630BRMZ is a low-power, high-precision reference voltage source with a maximum temperature coefficient of 3 ppm/°C (Class B) in an 8-pin MSOP package. Capable of delivering up to 70 mA of source current, it is an excellent alternative to standard low dropout (LDO) regulators. For high accuracy, the output voltage and temperature coefficient are adjusted at the production stage using ADI's proprietary DigiTrim® technology.
