Product Description

The TMP235AQDCKRQ1 devices are a family of automotive-grade precision CMOS integrated circuit linear analog temperature sensors with output voltage proportional to temperature, serving a variety of automotive applications from powertrain to infotainment. The TMP235-Q1 device has a positive slope output of 10mV/°C. The device is suitable for automotive audio consoles, electric power steering (EPS), shift systems, battery management systems (BMS) and gasoline engines.
