The TMP112AQDRLRQ1 device is a digital temperature sensor designed to replace NTC/PTC thermistors in applications requiring high accuracy. The device provides an accuracy of ±0.5°C without calibration or signal conditioning from external components. The device temperature sensor is a highly linearized product, and the temperature can be obtained without complex calculations or table lookup. The device also has a calibration function that increases accuracy, so users can calibrate accuracy to ±0.17°C. The on-chip 12-bit ADC has a minimum resolution of 0.0625°C.
