The TMP112NAIDRLR device is a digital temperature sensor designed for high-precision, low-power NTC/PTC thermistor replacement products that require high accuracy. The device provides 1°C accuracy. The TMP112N has a high linearity and the temperature is known without complicated calculations or table lookup. On-chip 12-bit analog-to-digital converters offer resolutions as low as 0.0625°C. The TMP112 device is suitable for operation in communications, computers, consumer products, environmental, industrial and instrumentation work.
