The QPC1220QTR13 Wideband DP4T Routing Switch is a low loss, high linearity, dual-pole, four-throw addressable switch with optimised performance for transmission routing applications.The QPC1220QTR13 incorporates an RFFE compliant serial control system. The selective line (SID) provides USID addressability, places up to two QPC1220QTR13s in the same design, operates from a single supply VIO, and is available in a compact 2.0mm x 2.0mm pad grid array (LGA) package. The device provides designers with an easy-to-use, small switching element that can be quickly integrated into multi-mode, multi-band systems.
