The QPC4270TR7 is a high isolation Silicon on Insulator (SOI) Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) 75Ω absorber switch designed for use in CATV, satellite set-top boxes and other high performance communication systems. Features low insertion loss and high isolation over the entire bandwidth with a single power supply and single CMOS/TTL compatible control line. Low insertion loss and high isolation over the entire bandwidth make it an excellent choice for the 1MHz to 3.3GHz operating frequency range. the QPC4270TR7 has excellent linearity and power handling. The QPC4270TR7 is available in a space-saving 3.0 x 3.0 mm 6-lead DFN package, eliminating the need for a blocking cap on the RF port if DC is not present on the RF port.
