The MAX20034ATIR/VY is an automotive 2.2MHz dual synchronous buck controller IC that provides two high-voltage synchronous buck controllers that operate 180° out of phase. The IC operates from a 3.5V to 42V, input voltage supply and is capable of operating at power-down through 99% duty cycle operation. It is suitable for applications with medium to high power requirements over a wide input voltage range, such as automotive cold start or engine stop-start conditions.
