The LTC7801HUFD is a high performance, step-down switching regulator DC/DC controller designed to drive a full N-channel synchronous power MOSFET stage that can operate with input voltages up to 140V. The device utilises a constant-frequency current-mode architecture to provide a phase-lockable frequency up to 850kHz.
