The MAX25231ATCD/V is a small synchronous automotive buck converter with integrated high-side and low-side switches.The MAX25231ATCD/V is designed to deliver up to 1.2A of output with an input voltage of 3.5V to 36V and a quiescent current of only 3.5µA.The device delivers an accurate output voltage of ±2%. The device provides an accurate output voltage of ±2% over the range. The converter has a minimum on-time of 65ns, enabling a large input-to-output conversion ratio. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal. The device can operate at 99% duty cycle at dropout, making it ideal for automotive and industrial applications. The device offers two fixed output voltages of 5V and 3.3V.
