The MAX25231ATCA/V is a small synchronous automotive buck converter with integrated high-side and low-side switches. It can deliver up to 1.2A at 3.5V to 36V input voltage while using only 3.5µA of quiescent current. With input voltages from 3.5V to 36V and a no-load quiescent current of only 3.5µA, the device provides an accurate output voltage of ±2% over a precise range. The converter has a minimum on-time of 65ns, enabling a large input-to-output conversion ratio. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal. The device can operate at 99% duty cycle at dropout, making it ideal for automotive and industrial applications. The device offers two fixed output voltages of 5V and 3.3V.
