The ADP1071-2ARWZ integrates ADI's proprietary iCouplers, eliminating the need for bulky signal transformers and optocouplers while reducing system design complexity, cost, component count, and improving overall system reliability.The ADP1071-2 integrates an isolator and driver on both the primary and secondary sides, providing a compact, system-level design that offers better efficiency than diode rectifier-flyback converters under heavy load. The ADP1071-2 provides a compact system-level design that outperforms diode-rectified flyback converters in terms of efficiency under heavy loads.

The output is regulated by detecting the output voltage on the secondary side, and feedback and PWM signals are transmitted between the primary and secondary sides via iCouplers.

The ADP1071-2ARWZ is available in a 16L SOIC_W package with an isolation voltage rating of 5 kVRMS and is designed for isolated DC-DC applications targeting low input voltage applications.

The ADP1071-2ARWZ offers features such as input current protection, output overvoltage protection (OVP), undervoltage lockout (UVLO), precision enable with adjustable hysteresis, over-temperature protection (OTP), and light load power saving mode (LLM).
