The TEA2095T/1J is a high-performance synchronous rectifier (SR) controller IC for switch-mode power supplies.The synchronous rectifier controller uses an adaptive gate drive method to save maximum energy at any load. To improve efficiency, it can operate at a regulated voltage level of -25 mV at 90 μA, which is optimised for use with low ohmic MOSFETs. Undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection keeps the device fully functional when the supply voltage falls below the minimum operating voltage and ensures that the device remains off when the voltage falls below the UVLO threshold.
