The LTC4151IS-2 is a high-end power supply monitor with a wide operating voltage range of 7V to 80V. In the default mode of operation, the built-in 12-bit ADC continuously measures the high side current, input voltage, and an external voltage. When polled by a host computer, the data is reported over the I2C interface. The monitors can also perform on-demand measurements in a ‘snapshot’ mode.

The LTC4151IS-2 has separate I2C data pins to drive the optoisolator.
