Product Description

The DRV83053QPHPRQ1 device is a gate driver IC for three-phase motor drive applications that provides three high-precision half-bridge drivers, each capable of driving one high-side and one low-side N-channel MOSFET. The charge pump driver supports low-voltage operation with a duty cycle of 100% for cold-start conditions. The device can withstand up to 45V load dips.


The DRV83053QPHPRQ1 features three bi-directional shunt amplifiers with variable gain settings and an adjustable offset reference for accurate low-side current measurement.


The DRV83053QPHPRQ1 features an integrated voltage regulator to meet the power requirements of microcontrollers (MCUs) or other systems. The regulator can be directly connected to the LIN physical interface to support low-power system standby and sleep modes.
