The LMZ14201TZX-ADJ SIMPLE SWITCHER power module is an easy-to-use buck DC-DC solution that delivers excellent power conversion efficiency, line and load regulation, and output accuracy to drive loads up to 1A. The LMZ14201TZX-ADJ features an innovative package that improves thermal performance and enables both manual and machine soldering.

The LMZ14201TZX-ADJ accepts input voltage rails ranging from 6V to 42V, providing an adjustable and highly precise output voltage as low as 0.8V. The LMZ14201 requires only 3 external resistors and 4 external capacitors to complete the power solution. The LMZ14201TZX-ADJ is a reliable and stable design with the following protection features: thermal shutdown, input under-voltage lockout, output over-voltage protection, short-circuit protection, output current limiting, and the ability to start up to a pre-biased output. A single resistor adjusts the switching frequency to 1MHz.
