The TLE98812QTW60 is part of the MOTIX™ TLE988x product family.The TLE98812QTW60 is a fully integrated 2-phase motor driver featuring the industry-standard Arm® Cortex®-M3 core for advanced motor control algorithms. It includes a bridge driver that can drive up to four external power NFETs for 2-phase motor control. A dual-stage charge pump enables low-voltage operation and programmable charge current profiles, as well as adaptive MOSFET control for optimal EMC. The peripheral set includes a current-sense amplifier, two successive-approximation ADCs that can be synchronised with the capture and compare unit 7 for PWM generation, and multiple 16-bit timers. In addition, a CAN 2.0 transceiver and MULTICAN+ controller are integrated, enabling CAN 2.0 communication and a large number of general-purpose inputs/outputs. It includes an on-chip linear regulator to power external loads. (e.g., TMR or Hall-effect sensors).
