The AD7631BSTZRL 18-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) is manufactured using ADI's iCMOS high voltage process. The input range and operating mode of the device can be configured by hardware or a dedicated write only serial configuration port. The AD7631 includes an 18-bit high-speed sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock, an internal reference voltage source (and buffer), error correction circuits, and serial and parallel system interface ports.
