The MAX20004AFOA/VY are small synchronous automotive buck converter devices with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs.The MAX20004AFOA/VY offer input voltages from 3.5V to 36V, output currents up to 8A, and no-load quiescent currents as low as 25μA.Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the RESET signal. These devices can operate at 98% duty cycle in the dropout state, making them ideal for automotive applications. the MAX20004AFOA/VY has fixed output voltages of 5V and 3.3V, output voltages, and can also be programmed between 1V and 10V. output voltages are programmable from 1V to 10V. Frequency is resistor-programmable from 220kHz to 2.2MHz, and these devices offer a forced fixed-frequency PWM mode (FPWM) and a frequency hopping mode with ultra-low quiescent current.
