The MAX20003ATPB/V are small synchronous buck converters with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs. each device is designed to deliver up to 2A/3A output at input voltages from 3.5V to 36V while using only 15µA quiescent current. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal. The device operates at 98% duty cycle, making it ideal for automotive applications. the MAX20003ATPB/V provides a fixed output voltage of 5V/3.3V and a programmable output voltage from 1V to 10V. the frequency is programmable via the FOSC pin. Frequency is programmable through a ground resistor on the FOSC pin. the FOSC pin has a ground resistor on the FOSC pin that allows the frequency to be programmed from 220kHz to 2.2MHz. the MAX20003ATPB/V offer strong frequency setting and frequency hopping modes, and have an ultra-low quiescent voltage mode with ultra-low quiescent current of 15µA. the MAX20003ATPB/V have pins that can be programmed to open. They have pins that can be programmed to turn on/off spread spectrum mode, which can be programmed to turn on/off spread spectrum to further help system designers achieve better. the MAX20003ATPB/V are available in a small 5mm x 5mm 20-pin TQF package with exposed pads and use very few external components.
