The AD7653ACPZ is a 16-bit, 1 MSPS, charge redistribution SAR analogue-to-digital converter powered by a single 5 V supply. The device contains a high-speed 16-bit sampling analogue-to-digital converter, internal conversion clock, internal reference, error correction circuitry and serial error correction circuitry, and serial and parallel system interface ports. The AD7653ACPZ is manufactured in Analog Devices' high-performance 0.6-micron CMOS process at a relatively low cost. The AD7653ACPZ is available in a 48-lead LQFP and miniature 48-lead, and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +40°C. The AD7653ACPZ is also available in a low-cost version.
