The AD7663ACPZ is a 16-bit, 250 kSPS, charge-redistribution SAR, analogue-to-digital converter that operates from a single 5 V power supply. It contains a high-speed 16-bit sampling ADC, a resistive internal conversion clock, error correction circuitry, and serial and parallel system interface ports.The AD7663ACPZ is factory-calibrated in hardware and fully tested for AC parameters such as signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and total harmonic distortion (THD). The AD7663ACPZ is manufactured using Analog Devices' high-performance 0.6-micron process for more traditional DC parameters such as gain, offset, and linearity.
