The NSD2621A-DQAGR is NOVOSENSE's latest high-voltage half-bridge driver designed for GaN. The chip uses NOVOSENSE's proven capacitive isolation technology, and the high-side drive can support common-mode voltage from -700V to +700V, SW voltage change slope of 150 V/ns, and low transmission delay and low interchannel delay. Both channels provide 2A/-4A drive capability.
