The DRV8161DGSR is a half-bridge gate driver capable of driving both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs. The gate drive voltage is generated from the GVDD supply pin, with an integrated bootstrap circuit enabling the driving of high-side FETs with drain voltages up to 102V. The intelligent gate driver architecture supports 16 levels (48 combinations) of peak gate drive current, with up to 1A sink current and 2A source current, along with built-in gate drive current timing control.
