The ADPL42005ARDZ-3.0 product is a complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) low-dropout linear regulator with an operating voltage range of 4V to 20V, capable of providing an output current of up to 500mA. The ADPL42005ARDZ-3.0 is specifically designed for high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits with an operating voltage range of 19V to 1.22V. With an advanced dedicated architecture, this voltage regulator can provide a high power supply rejection ratio and low noise, and can also achieve excellent line and load transient response with only 1 μF small ceramic output capacitors.
