The AD8630WARZ amplifier features ultra-low offset, drift, and bias current characteristics. This wideband, self-zeroing amplifier offers rail-to-rail input and output slew rates alongside low noise performance, operating from a single supply of 2.7 V to 5 V (or dual supplies of ±1.35 V to ±2.5 V).
The AD8630WARZ delivers performance advantages previously achievable only with costly self-zeroing or chopper-stabilised amplifiers. This zero-drift amplifier employs ADI's proprietary topology to integrate low cost with high precision and low noise, eliminating the need for external capacitors. Furthermore, the AD8630WARZ significantly reduces the digital switching noise inherent in most chopper-stabilised amplifiers.
With an offset voltage of just 1 µV, offset drift below 0.005 µV/°C, and noise as low as 0.5 µV p-p (0 Hz to 10 Hz), the AD8630WARZ is suitable for applications where error sources cannot be tolerated. These devices exhibit near-zero drift across their operating temperature range, making them highly advantageous for position and pressure sensors, medical equipment, and strain gauge amplifier applications. Numerous systems can leverage the rail-to-rail input and output swing capability provided by the AD8628/AD8629/AD8630 to reduce input bias complexity and achieve greater signal-to-noise ratio.
The AD8630WARZ is rated for an extended industrial temperature range of −40°C to +125°C. The four-channel AD8630WARZ amplifier is housed in a 14-pin narrow-body SOIC plastic package.
