The ADPL42001AZT high-voltage linear regulator features an ultra-low quiescent current and is highly suitable for industrial and battery-powered systems. The operating input voltage range of this device is 4V to 20V, providing A load current of up to 100mA, and the static current under no-load conditions is only 8μA. The ADPL42001AZT device consumes only 0.9μA of current in the off mode. The output voltage is adjustable between 0.6V and 18V. The feedback voltage accuracy is ±2% throughout the entire temperature range.
