The AD9152BCPZ is a dual-channel, 16-bit, high dynamic range digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that offers a maximum sampling rate of 2.25 GSPS and can generate multi-carriers up to Nyquist frequencies. The AD9152BCPZ has been optimized to seamlessly interface with ADI's ADRF6720 analog Quadrature modulator (AQM). The optional three-wire or four-wire serial port interface (SPI) allows for programming and readback of many internal parameters. The full-scale output current can be programmed within the range of 4 mA to 20 mA.
