The AD9164BBCAZ is a high-performance 16-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) and direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS), supporting an update rate of up to 6 GSPS. The DAC core is based on a four-channel switch structure, combined with a 2x interpolation filter, which enables the effective update rate of the DAC to reach up to 12 GSPS in certain modes. The high dynamic range and bandwidth make these Dacs highly suitable for the most demanding high-speed RF DAC applications.
