The AD5625RBRUZ-1 device belongs to the nanoDAC® series. It is a low-power, four-channel, 12-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with or without an on-chip reference voltage source. It is powered by a single supply ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V and is designed to ensure monomonotonization. It also features an I2C-compatible serial interface.

The AD5625RBRUZ-1 is equipped with a built-in power-on reset circuit to ensure that the DAC output is powered on to 0 V (POR = GND) or an intermediate level (POR = VDD) and maintains this level until a valid write operation is executed. The AD5625RBRUZ-1 is equipped with an on-chip precision output amplifier, enabling rail-to-rail output swing.
