The LTC2642CDD-16 is a 16-bit unbuffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) in a 3mm x 3mm DFN package. This DAC adopts a single operating power supply ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V and ensures monotony throughout the entire temperature range.

The LTC2642CDD-16 adopts a simple SPI/MICROWIRE compatible three-wire serial interface, which can operate at a clock rate of up to 50MH z and can be directly connected to an optocoupler to adapt to applications that require isolation.
