The AD5535BKBCZ is a 32-channel, 14-bit senseDAC® with an on-chip high voltage output amplifier. The device is designed for use in optical MEMS systems. The output voltage range is programmable via the REF_IN pin. The output range is 0 V to 50 V with REF_IN = 1 V, and 0 V to 200 V with REF_IN = 4 V. Each amplifier can provide 700 μA of current output, making it particularly useful for deflecting and controlling optical MEMS mirrors.
