The NXVF6532M3TG01 is a 650 V, SiC power module for OBC, produced by onsemi. The on-resistance of this module is 32mΩ. It has the temperature sensing function and the lowest thermal resistance. It is suitable for DC-DC in xEV and on-board chargers.
