The ADS8681WRUM is an integrated data acquisition system based on a successive approximation type (SAR) analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The device features a high-speed, high-precision SAR ADC, integrated analogue front-end (AFE) input driver circuits, overvoltage protection circuits up to ±20V, and an on-chip reference voltage of 4.096V with very low temperature drift.
