The AD9642BCPZ-170 analog-to-digital converter is a 14-bit, 170 MSPS, 1.8V (ADC), designed to provide solutions for low-cost, small-sized, wide-bandwidth, and multi-functional communication applications. The AD9642BCPZ-170 adopts a multi-level, differential pipeline architecture and integrates output error correction logic. Each ADC has a wide bandwidth input and supports various input ranges selectable by the user. Integrated reference voltage sources can simplify the design. The duty cycle stabilizer (DCS) can be used to compensate for the fluctuations in the duty cycle of the ADC clock, enabling the converter to maintain excellent performance.

5. Compatible with PinAD9634, it can be easily ported from 14-bit to 12-bit products. Additionally, it is also compatible with pin AD6672.

The AD9642BCPZ-170 is available in a 32-pin LFCSP package and has a rated temperature range of -40 °C to +85°C for industrial use.
