The AD9633BCPZ-80 analog-to-digital converter is a four-channel, 12-bit, 80 MSPS, serial LVDS 1.8V (ADC). This product is equipped with an on-chip sampling hold circuit, aiming to achieve low cost, low power consumption, small size and ease of use. The AD9633BCPZ-80 has a maximum conversion rate of 80 MSPS and is suitable for applications requiring a small package size, with excellent dynamic performance and low power consumption characteristics ‌.

The AD9633BCPZ-80 automatically multiplies the sampling rate clock by the appropriate LVDS serial data rate. It provides a Data Clock output (DCO) for capturing data on the output and a frame clock output (FCO) for emitting new output byte signals. Supports single-channel shutdown. When all channels are disabled, the power consumption is usually less than 2 mW.

In addition, the AD9633BCPZ-80 adopts a 48-pin LFCSP package that complies with the RoHS standard. It can operate within an industrial temperature range of -40 °C to +85°C.
