The LMR36006FSC3RNXRQ1 is an easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC converter that integrates both high side and low side power mosFeTs. These devices are capable of delivering output currents up to 0.6A (LMR36006/LMR36006-Q1) with transient tolerances up to 66V over a wide input voltage range of 4.2V to 60V. The LMR360xx/ LMR360XX-Q1 uses a peak-current mode control mechanism to provide optimal efficiency and output voltage accuracy. Advanced high-speed circuitry enables the LMR360xx/ LMR360XX-Q1 to be adjusted from 20V input to 5V output at a fixed frequency of 2.1MHz. Precision enablement provides high flexibility by enabling direct connection to a wide input voltage or precise control of device startup and shutdown. Power health flags with built-in filtering and delay provide a true indication of system status, eliminating the need for external monitors.
