LTM2894HY: Digital Isolator - Isolated USB Data Transceiver, BGA-24

The LTM2894HY is a complete current-isolated μModule® (mini-module) transceiver compatible with the USB 2.0 specification.

The LTM2894HY is ideal for providing isolation in host, hub, bus splitter, or peripheral applications. It is compatible with USB 2.0 full-speed (12Mbps) and low-speed (1.5Mbps) operating specifications. An automatic speed selection function circuit configures the integrated pull-up resistor on the upstream port to match the detected speed on the downstream device.
