This portfolio is designed for body, networking and convenience applications. The SPC58EC80C3Q0C1X is offered in 180MHz single-core with up to 4Mbyte of Flash memory. It features error-correcting code (ECC) and is pin-to-pin compatible with automotive microcontrollers.
