The STM32WL31CBV6 low-power Sub-GHz wireless MCU is designed to provide efficient long-distance communication for Internet of Things applications. This microcontroller is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0 + core, operates at a frequency of up to 64 MHz, integrates sub-GHz dual radios, offers high flexibility, and reduces the bill of materials (BoM) cost.

The STM32WL31CBV6 line features 128kB flash memory and 16kB SRAM, and supports multiple modulation schemes, including 4-(G) FSK, (G) MSK, DBPSK, DSSS, OOK and ASK. The main radio provides long-distance connection, with a receiving sensitivity of up to -132 dBm and a programmable transmission power of up to +20 dBm. In addition, the dedicated wake-up radio ensures ultra-low power consumption, achieving as low as 4.2 μA in always-on mode. Thanks to the above features, the STM32WL31CBV6 MCU is highly suitable for applications such as smart home, urban infrastructure management, asset tracking, and various Internet of Things devices.
