The SPC584C80E3G0C1X 32-bit microcontrollers are AEC-Q100 compliant microcontrollers designed to replace the SPC564Cx and SPC56ECx families. These MCUs feature the e200z420 and e200z0 processor cores embedded in a hardware security module.The SPC58ECx microcontrollers feature 4,224KB (4096KB code flash + 128KB data flash) of on-chip flash memory to support reads during programming and erase operations. In addition, these MCUs feature 176KB of HSM-specific flash (144KB code + 32KB data) and 384KB of on-chip general-purpose SRAM.The SPC58ECx MCUs offer high throughput, low-power capability, and significantly improved power/performance. These microcontrollers are ideally suited for automotive ASIL-B applications.
