The TPS6285020MQDRLRQ1 is a family of pin-to-pin 1A, 2A (continuous) and 3A (peak) easy-to-use, high-efficiency synchronous DC/DC buck converters. Based on a peak current mode control topology, these devices are designed for automotive applications such as infotainment systems and advanced driver assistance systems. The low resistance switches can support continuous output currents up to 2A and peak currents up to 3A.g The switching frequency of the devices is externally adjustable from 1.8MHz to 4MHz.
