The MAX25210ATAD8 linear regulator is ideal for use in automotive and battery powered systems. Powered by +3.5V to +30V input voltages, the device provides up to 300mA of load current with a static current consumption of only 10µA (typical) when unloaded. The MAX25210ATAD8 has a current consumption of only 2µA (typical) when turned off. The input has a +42V transient tolerance to operate under sudden load drops. The MAX25210ATAD8 has an open-leak, low-level active RESET output that provides 93.5% and 87.5% of the output voltage as fixed thresholds.

MAX25210ATAD8 has the following features:

User selectable output voltage (+3.3V or +5V fixed, adjustable range via external resistance divider: +0.6V to +11V)
