The HMC6301BG46P7 is a complete millimeter wave receiver integrated circuit in a ROHS-compliant 6 mm × 4 mm wafer-level Ball Grid Array (WLBGA) package. Includes low noise amplifiers (Lnas), image suppression filters, RF to IF downconverters, IF filters, I/Q downconverters, and frequency synthesizers. The HMC6301BG46P7 operates in a frequency range of 57 GHz to 64 GHz with a bilateral modulation bandwidth of up to 1.8 GHz.
